Ruby JSON-LD processor online and updated RDF Distiller

I've updated my Ruby-based RDF distiller [1] with up-to-date changes for the JSON-LD spec. This interface doesn't yet expose compact/expand interfaces, but the RDF processed from JSON-LD as well as the serialization of RDF to JSON-LD does use the latest version of the specs [1].

Also, RDFa is updated to pre-LC version of specs. Turtle and TriG are updated to the latest drafts from RDF WG.

The distiller also reads and writes RDF/XML, RDF/JSON, microdata, N-Triples, N-Quads, TriX, N3; use it to validate markup and transform one format to another.
