http verbs (POST,PUT,DELETE) and hash uris

hi,

was this already discussed somewhere and i missed it?

is it for example possible to host the skos ontology [1] on a ldp server
and interact with it normally according to spec.

must an application know about the URI patterns used within a certain
dataset to choose the correct interaction pattern (ie DELETE or PATCH),
if so should there be a note in the spec?
