LDP F2F5 agenda

Hi,
I put together an agenda for our upcoming face to face. As always it's 
impossible to predict how much time will actually be needed to go over 
some of the issues we are facing but I think we should have enough time to 
even discuss some dear topics like PATCH format.
The last afternoon is dedicated to interop testing with the idea that we 
could always reduce the time allocated to this to finish any pending issue 
if needed.

Please, let me know if there is anything missing completely. (Note: I 
didn't allocate any time to the UC&R which I believe to be stable/done).
