LDP UC&R Second Draft

The second working draft of the LDP UC&R
<http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/WD-ldp-ucr-20131031/> is not an end product but
merely a milestone on a journey. I'd like to invite comment on
public-ldp@w3.org (yes - maybe it should have been public-ldp-comments -
my bad). I note that there is an open action item to review the UC&R, so
now would be a good time to clear your conscience (You know who you are).
I know that many people regard reading requirements as an unnecessary
chore, so please treat it as an opportunity for a short break from the
intricacies of the Spec itself. I'd be particularly interested to know if
the LDP actually meets all of the functional and non-functional
requirements set out at the end.

Steve.
