hello all.

http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6861 has just been published, establishing
two new registered link relations for the web, "create-form" and
"edit-form". if we are going the route of adding form capabilities to LDP,
then these relations would be good starting point for linking a form from
a collection to create a new member, or linking a form from a member to
edit that member.
