A short introduction

Dear all,

I had the pleasure of meeting some of the JSON-LD WG members
at the W3C graph data workshop in Berlin last week.
Since I have been working on a couple of JSON-LD related things,
Gregg suggested me to join the group, which I just did.

I may be able to help out in the following ways:

1. I recently implemented a streaming JSON-LD parser in JavaScript,
for which I sent a mail to this list last month [1].
Because of this, I can offer some insights on a potential streaming profile for JSON-LD [2].
I understand that it was decided to not give this issue a high priority,
but it may be useful to include it as a side-note somewhere.

2. I can assist with the creation of the new JSON-LD 1.1 test suite,
since I used the JSON-LD 1.0 test suite quite extensively while implementing the streaming parser.
I also implemented a tool for running RDF test suites [3],
which may be useful for automating this execution.

3. I developed GraphQL-LD [4], as a way to lift JSON-like GraphQL queries
to the RDF domain using JSON-LD contexts.
This offers a nice use case for applying JSON-LD contexts to non-JSON things.
Following a discussion with Pierre-Antoine, this can motivate the need for
an extension mechanism for custom context keywords.

I’m looking forward to help out wherever I can!

Side-question: At what time is the weekly telco in CEST?
According to the wiki [5], this should be 18:00,
but this conflicts with the information on a mail from last year [6] mentioning 17:00.
