Re: Merging en & ja jlreq (translation needed)

The text generated by respec in the SOTD section is indeed problematic. 
We usually resolve this by creating a copy in Japanese of what respec 
will generate, in a separate block. It's not ideal, but it's ok.

But it may be better to revisit the (english) wording of these items in 
the light of the new jlreq group before translating them.
