This rev is based on the discussion we have during the wg session today. 
The authors think the document is ready for WGLC. The chairs would like 
to have the view of the working group on the following items:
- is this document ready for WGLC? Please send reviews (including "all 
fine") to the mailing list so chairs can access the concensus.
- is this document really normative to draft-...3987bis which is not yet 
finished and may change?
- there is a group looking into a larger apps area IANA registration 
work that might have comments on this document. Therefore, the chairs 
asking the AD to forward this call for review to this very group.

    process and IANA registry for URI/IRI schemes.  It obsoletes RFC
    4395.
