Agenda for IETF 77

Howdy,

I currently plan for the Agenda for IETF 77 to focus on
on draft-iri-3987bis, with some up-front time to talk
about working group process, how edits will be made, etc.
That will mean something like this:

Among the issues to be discussed there would be any of the points
already raised with language in the draft (e.g. Bidi).  Any other
agenda items folks want to mention now?  I'll put in a first draft agenda
at the end of today, but the agenda can be modified as we go.
