IESG evaluation results

For those who haven't checked this out yet:

The IESG has mostly approved the IRI draft
(see 
https://datatracker.ietf.org/public/pidtracker.cgi?command=print_ballot&ballot_id=737&filename=draft-duerst-iri
for details), but there are two
remaining 'discuss' to be resolved. They have mostly been resolved
directly in discussion with the involved IESG members, but I'll
annouce the details on this list and list them as issues at
http://www.w3.org/International/iri-edit/ for full documentation.

If you see me doing something that you think would be totally wrong,
please speak out. Otherwise, at this stage please hold back.
