I don’t think so. This email thread is a courtesy note for those taxonomy implementors. They can take this approach or not. It should not affect the IndieUI work at all. External taxonomies are out of scope. The User Context work should continue towards covering any features that are available in mainstream operating systems and user agents. That’s the only thing in scope.
