Consider prefers-autoplay (IndieUI.Next) for mobility/dexterity impaired individuals that want all media-centered sites to autoplay the primary content.

This should not be a 1.0 feature, since there is no platform way to expose this yet. This could go with other optional "prefers" features that may be considered if the the more mainstream bits of IndieUI gain traction.
