[admin] Misc stuff

Hi All - just a couple of admin type comments, questions and such ...

* WG wiki - the WG's wiki root
<http://www.w3.org/WAI/IndieUI/wiki/>looked a bit bare so to help
bootstrap it, I added links to some relevant resources. Feel free to
edit, add, or even delete what I added if you don't like what I did.

* TF wiki - is the TF going to have its own wiki root e.g.
<http://www.w3.org/WAI/IndieUI/wiki/IndieUITF/> [note that URI does not
exist]? The TF's draft work statement
<http://www.w3.org/WAI/IndieUI/IUITF> indicates the TF will use the WG's
wiki i.e. <http://www.w3.org/WAI/IndieUI/wiki/>.

(My personal take here is that there will be such a tight relationship
between the WG and the TF that creating a wiki root for the TF probably
isn't needed and just adds extra overhead.)

* Work Statement bug - the very first link in the TF's work statement
document <http://www.w3.org/WAI/IndieUI/IUITF> has a bug for the
"Independent User Interface Working Group (Indie UI WG)" link; this
should be changed to <http://www.w3.org/WAI/IndieUI/> (currently it
points the PFWG).

* Minutes link archive - the Web Events WG maintains a document that
includes links to all of the group's minutes
<http://www.w3.org/2010/webevents/wiki/Minutes>. I think this is useful
and would like to see the TF create and use something like this and I
would be willing to maintain it. Please let me know if there is interest.

(I would have created it already e.g.
<http://www.w3.org/WAI/IndieUI/wiki/Minutes> but I wasn't sure if the
minutes archive would hang off the WG's wiki root or the TF's wiki root
[if the TF will have its own wiki root e.g.
