Travel advisory for F2F attendees

Hello, Immersive web folks.

Tthe US government shutdown has resulted in the closure of a few major US
airports.As far as I know it hasn't directly hit the airports closest to
the upcoming face-to-face meeting (SFO and SJC) but a lot of connecting
flights are delayed or canceled.

The event will have video conferencing and we'll use IRC to manage the
speaker queue in a better way than we have in the past, so even if we're
more distributed than we expected the face-to-face will still be productive.
