No IW CG call on Tuesday, Nov 20th.

Hello, people of the immersive web.

There will be no CG call on Tuesday as I've heard of no stalled topics and
it is a holiday week in the US so many regular call participants will be on
vacation.

This might be a good opportunity to review active Issues in the CG and WG
repos and find places where you can help out. As we approach an initial
draft of the WebXR Device API and make forward motion in the geo-alignment,
favicons, and lighting feature repos there is a lot of detail work that
could use a second or third reviewer.
