Register for "Identity in the Browser"/Federated Social Web meeting at Nov 1st W3C TPAC 2011

Everyone,

Although TPAC is usually reserved for already existing Working Groups,
we can do a day-long session to discuss the Identity in the Browser
work and finalize the charter on Nov 1st, coming up shortly. We're
requiring 50 USD a day for food/drinks/dinner if you register before
Oct. 21st (so register in the next 3 days!)

Luckily, the Federated Social Web XG will merge their day-long session
with identity work. So as an advantage of TPAC, we can also discuss the
connections to federated social web work with the folks behind
OStatus/OpenSocial and hopefully some discussion with individuals from Web
Application Security Group and WHATWG/HTML WG.

TPAC is normally reserved for people who work for W3C member organizations
and invited experts, but this year we've opened this session up to every
email address subscribed to this list.

Just go to:

http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35125/TPAC2011/

Go to "No" if you don't have a W3C account, "Yes" if you do. Then you'll
get a large form, go down to Tuesday Nov 1st and register for the
"Federated Social Web XG" meeting.

You can also attend the "all-hands-on-deck" group meeting with Berners-Lee
on Nov 2nd. See the full schedule here:

http://www.w3.org/2011/11/TPAC/

We'll create a quick wiki page for the agenda shortly...

If you have any troubles registering, just email me.

   cheers,
      harry
