Missing from the report

At one point, at the end of the workshop, during the humming session
(heh), Sam Hartman asked for hums on mutual authentication and channel
binding, and there was quite a bit of support for it (IIRC something
like a dozen hands up) and no objections.  But I see nothing about
this in the preliminary report on the wiki, and I can't login to edit
it either.
