[ACTION REQ'D] WSTF Time change: what's your preference?

All:

Due to the switch from Daylight/Summer time to Standard time in the USA, our teleconference time has become slightly less convenient for some of our task force members. This is due in part to the fact that the Core TF meetings have moved from way-early in the morning (Pacific time) to the afternoon and one of them occurs just before our meeting.

What day/time suits you best (times in 24-hour format, e.g. 14 == 2 PM):

  (  ) a. Wednesday 14 Pacific / 17 Eastern / 16 Central / 7 (next day) Japan
  (  ) b. Wednesday 15 Pacific / 18 Eastern / 17 Central / 8 (next day) Japan
  (  ) c. Monday 16 Pacific / 19 Eastern / 18 Central / 9 (next day) Japan
  (  ) d. Monday 14 Pacific / 17 Eastern / 16 Central / 7 (next day) Japan
  (  ) e. Some Other Day/Time (specify): _____________________________

Please respond before this week's meeting (whose schedule remains unchanged)

Internationalization is an architecture.
It is not a feature.
