ACTION-50 , checked BP 13-18

Hi All,

According to the last teleconf, please find my comments on the grey text
of BP 13-18:

BP13:
XSLT standard. The question is - should we point to XSLT 2.0
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2007/REC-xslt20-20070123/) or XSLT 1.0
(http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt)?

BP14:
Again Docbook v5.0 Working Draft
(http://www.docbook.org/specs/docbook-5.0CR3-spec-wd-01.html)
or Docbook 4.5 OASIS Standard
(http://www.docbook.org/specs/docbook-4.5-spec.html)

XHTML - http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/REC-xhtml1-20020801/

For BPs15-18 I have no additional links.

There's also typo in BP14:
"If your schema does not already provide such an element, you *coul*
provide"

Additionally, here is the list of links to Kara's articles published by
Globalization Insider:

Best regards,
