Hi everyone, I've implemented the section 4.1.1 as we discussed at the teleconference. I did change a few sentences (in the numbered list, especially #2) because I thought the proposed text was still a bit confusing. For example "Rules with higher position have higher precedence than rules with lower precedence." didn't seem wrong, but it did not very clear either :) I've also slighly changed the example to avoid confusion with the <documentation> element. I've also updated the examples in BP 13 with Felix's proposal. Richard: I've looked at BP 16 and 17 and did not find any issue with your changes (but more eyes should look at them).
