I'm worried about this example. It says the that head element is non-translatable, but people's names are sometimes transliterated, if not translated, and 'v13' may well need to be translated, as may the date format need to be changed. Also, I would have thought it as unlikely for the <ins> element content to need translation as the <del> element. Perhaps we need to think of another example.
