Error in expected result files?

Hi all,

I'm currently getting an errors which I believe is a problem in the
expected results:

  <tr:errorList implementation="test3" file="Terminology1.xml">
      <tr:error
path="/{}myDoc/{}head[1]/{http://www.w3.org/2005/11/its}rules[1]/@{http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/}xmlns"
                datacategory="terminology"
                type="node-not-found"/>
   </tr:errorList>
(There is no xmlns attribute at the <its:rules> element)

Yves, Sebastian, could you have a look at your implementations?
