Drafts of TMX 2.0 and SRX 2.0 were released for public review by LISA.
You can find links to currents drafts here:

Both documents are available in PDF and XHTML. Sample files are
included in the zipped packages.

I hope you can find some time to read these drafts. If you do, I will
