Test suite

Hi everyone,

I've continued to work on the test page and files

Two notes:

- When outputing the results for Terminology and localization note (and possibly other data categories) w have to make the
distinction between if it's a text or a reference. Currently we use made-up element but they are still set as part of the ITS
namespace. Shouldn't we use a different namespace to avoid any confusion?


- I've tried to play with namespaces, rules location and even element names in the first test file [1]. I think the result file [2]
is OK, but if someone could double check it would be good.
