Conformance (re)discussion

Hi all,

To (re)open the conformance discussion: I would propose to have what is
now at

Christian, I did not integrate all changes we discussed, sorry. Could
you have another look?

Sebastian and me had a discussion on schema conformance, see the thread
at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-i18n-its/2006JanMar/0487.html .

As a result I would add s.t. to
http://www.w3.org/International/its/itstagset/itstagset.html#conformance-product-schema

about constraints which have to hold in addition to the position of the
ITS declarations.

Any thoughts?
