           Summary: entry point for schemas
           Product: ITS
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: ITS tagset
        AssignedTo: fsasaki@w3.org
        ReportedBy: sebastian.rahtz@oucs.ox.ac.uk
         QAContact: public-i18n-its@w3.org

The ITS tagset should probably NOT have an entry point,
as the Relax NG currently does. This makes the thing impossible
to merge into an existing schema. It would be better to define,
a new meta schema which imports the ITS schema, for making
standalone rule sets.
