Handling of user defined entities

Hi Everyone,

One of the big issues that I have found problems with regarding XML 
localization is that of user defined entity references. If such entities 
are used for nouns or noun phrases these can cause all manner of 
problems regarding inflected languages. We should look at including this 
in the list of points regarding localization.
