Regarding xml:tm - XML based text memory, please find attached some 
relevant links to articles and detailed specification. It is relevant to 
point 2.9 'Unique identifiers' of our requirements document:

    1) O'Reilly's xml.com have published a detailed article concerning 
xml:tm. You can access this article directly via this URL:

xml:tm is maintained at the moment by xml Intl. There are no IP issues - 
it is completely open and without limitations. It is currently under 
consideration as an endorsed standard by LISA (http://www.lisa.org).
