ITS Localization Quality Issue Mapping to DQF

All

Historically ITS 2.0 preceded the harmonization and release of the DQF-MQM Error Typology.

In comparing the two typologies now it seems there is good overlap/equivalence between the ITS Categories and DQF Granular Error Types (accepting that DQF is more extensive overall). The two main differences are Terminology and Style. In DQF Terminology and Style are high-level Error Types which has 2 and 5 granular types respectively.

From a practical perspective ITS Terminology could map to DQF Terminology->Inconsistent use of terminology and ITS Style could map to DQF Style->Inconsistent style.

This breaks if a quality model needs to measure multiple DQF Granular Error Types in the same model and map to ITS.

I’m wondering if anyone has come up against this limitation?
