Re-directing to the ITS IG list, since this may be of interest for ITS 
users or implementers,

Arle asked in the MLW-LT group about implementations of localization 
quality issue and got various useful pointers

The difference between 1) and 3) is that 3) "only" contains fully 
conformant implementations, see an explanation of this at

so it is a subset of 1). See the relevant table for localization quality
