New teleconference day?

Hi all,

There is a request to change the day or time of the ITS IG teleconference as the fourth Thursday of every month now conflicts with ULI teleconferences.

Usually the time around 11am ET/9am MT/5pm CET is one of the easiet for all, so let's try first to see if we can move the day.

How the fourth Monday of every month at 11am ET/9am MT/5pm CET sounds?
We have already 3 OKs for this.

Please, let me know. No answer means: it's fine.
