Still waiting for an answer.
ACTION ITEM: Felix to check on the status of the request and possibly ask what take so long to move forward.

--- HTML5
Jirka has logged an issue with HTML5 for the lack of translatability flag:
See thread here: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=12417
Jirka is following up.

Christian: maybe better to include all data categories in HTML5
Yves: No namespace in %, can't really do this.
Christian: without namespace then.
Yves: They should provide an ITS rule file for HTML5
Christian: will try to look at it and see the possibility for relationships and usage between HTML5 and ITS.

=== ITS Rules repository

http://www.w3.org/International/its/wiki/RulesRepository
No new rules added.

Christian: Need to add info that DITA rules are not for specialized DITA files
ACTION ITEM: Yves to add note about specialization.

=== ITS General issues

--- Context data category
Should go there:
http://www.w3.org/International/its/wiki/IssuesAndProposedFeatures#Proposed_Text
Started:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-i18n-its-ig/2010Sep/0003.html
ACTION ITEM: Christian to update the wiki from his email.
Done: http://www.w3.org/International/its/wiki/IssuesAndProposedFeatures#Proposal:_.22Context.22_data_category

Yves: Seems complicated (two level of indirection)
ACTION ITEM: Christian to ask expert(s) about how to use RDF directly.

--- Idea for a "targets" data category.
For example: <p its:targets=".*?-US">This is specific to the United States.</p>
Felix noted possible ideas here: http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-ltli-20060612/
ACTION ITEM: Christian to edit wiki entry for this proposal.
Done: http://www.w3.org/International/its/wiki/IssuesAndProposedFeatures#Proposal:_localeSpecificContent

Christian: know of case like this
Felix provided pointer.

Yves: need to fix the formatting, will try to do that.

--- Permission for inline codes
ACTION ITEM to Yves to draft an extension for setting permission (clone/delete/etc.) in ITS inline codes.
--> Not done yet.
Christian: related to work in XLIFF inline SC
Yves: Yes, we should wait to have stable proposal there to have one here.

=== Any Other Business?

--- ITS-based filters used to convert data to Moses Inline Text format for MT processing.
ACTION ITEM: Yves to write blurb about it and send it to Richard.
--> Not done yet.
