open-source ITS-based XML Filter available

Hi all,

Just a note to let you know that the first milestone of the Okapi Framework is now available, and includes the ITS processor we've
been working on for a while. The one described on the wiki: http://www.w3.org/International/its/wiki/ITS_Processor_Interface

It's coupled with an XML filter. The purpose of the filter is to easily get access to the translatable text.

You can use the filter in your own Java programs, or you can also use Rainbow to perform various operations such as extraction and
merging to/from XLIFF.

The project is open-source and available on Google Code:
