Action "look into XPath expressivity in SAX engine of saxon"

Hi all,

I looked into Saxon and found some documentation, unfortunately not a
lot, see
http://www.w3.org/International/its/wiki/ITS_Simplified_XPath

It seems that the streaming functionality is only available for the
commercial version of Saxon. I did not find anything about the SAX
engine in Saxon.
