Included Languages and Scripts

I see http://www.w3.org/International/groups/indic-layout/ says

"The task force will initially focus on the following languages: Hindi,
Marathi, Punjabi , Bengali, Telugu. Additional languages will be included
based on the availability of linguistic and typographic experts."

If it can be included, I would be happy to contribute linguistic and
typographic expertise on Tibetan script.

Tibetan script is used for a number of languages spoken in Ladakh, Himachel
Pradesh, Sikkim, and Arunachel Pradesh as well as by Tibetans settled in India
