Feedback results: Aug to Oct

Chaps,

I just spent best part of an afternoon working on a spreadsheet to capture feedback results in the least painful way possible. See the results attached.

How to read:
orange background on left, contains file name and total number of responses for that document (in the month)

greenish background on far left, shows the distribution of marks (1 to 5, from left to right)

the white column shows which language version of the document was commented upon (at some later point I'll add something that summarises how many responses for which languages overall

light blue column near left, shows the score for each respondant, and the average above on the darker background

green background in the middle, shows the respondant's score under each user type they declared for themselves, with average scores per doc above on the dark green background

purple background, shows the number of responses for each doc for each user type

grand totals for number of respondants appear at the bottom (note that the sum of the number of respondants by user type is greater than the number of respondants because people tend to put themselves in more than one category).

Total respondants:
August 65
September 51
October 29

Note that the fall probably reflects the low publication rate rather than declining interest. We've already had 46 for November.

Still, pretty good figures. We also had a substantial number of responses where people didn't rate the document.

Enjoy.
