I had purchased from Amazon a whole pile of paper on this subject, but it remains with the great unread...

	This is another in the WWW2005 Tutorial day series.  It is the material I use for my regular Unicode tutorial.  It has been through many reviews. Not clear to me yet whether I'll link it from the list of tutorials on the i18n site.
