General -- What to cover when there are no solutions

As we develop guidelines, there will be areas that do not have a current solution (e.g.. non-supported Scripts).   With in this area, we should make sure to list "Things you should not do" so that people will understand the consequences of possible "hacks" as they try to solve their problems.
