Today I rewrote most of the article currently uploaded at http://www.w3.org/International/questions/temp.php The original can still be seen at http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-lang-priorities.en.php I brought it up to date wrt latest browsers, and clarified behaviour on Mac OS X, but also rewrote other significant amounts of text, changed the question slightly, etc. Please take a look and let me know if you have any comments so that I can upload it and announce publicly.
