Super. The only thing that can destroy the consens we now have is if ISSUE-88
is resolved in a way which for instance makes the entire <meta
http-equiv="content-language" ... > forbidden in HTML5 ... :-) 

But I take the chance and close this bug. 

But we must remember to look at this issue again, when ISSUE-88 is resolved.
