Nothing related to the requested change appears to have been done in the
editor's draft ().

On the other hand, the issue tracking page (
http://www.w3.org/2008/webapps/track/issues/119) does not say anything about
the issue being closed. The state is 'RAISED'. There is a related note:
'LAST CALL'. I am not sure what to make of it, but my guess is silent death.
