for you could also  write:
the title says "w3c ,YTIVITCA NOITAZILANOITANRETNI" in Arabic.
rather than
the title says "w3c ,eliwdatta etahcan" in Arabic.

However, things may depend on the context of each example to tell which
approach to choose.
