Addison and all, I have created a template at http://www.w3.org/International/reviews/_template.html that you should use to write up review comments. The template contains instructions for use, and I put a lot of thought into how to minimise the effort required to create the table, so it should hardly require more work than just adding the essential information to a mailnote. To use this, take a local copy, replace the prompts with appropriate text (not forgetting the title element) and fill in the table cells. Then upload that to a new directory with the name Overview.html. The new directory (one per document review) should be under /International/reviews/ with a format like 0709-spec-name (keeping it as short as possible). For the xmlhttprequest review, I have created a directory 0711-xhr for you. Of course, ask if anything is unclear.
