Re: [SMIL3.0] i18n comment 3: Define direction of start and end textAlign based on text direction

The answer from the SMIL WG seems okay, except that the
fact that text like this

"text is left-aligned in the region if the effective value of the
textDirection attribute is ltr, or right-aligned otherwise"

doesn't mention rtl at all. This means that with arbitrary values
(e.g. textDirection='abc'), following the spec strictly will
mean that the text is right-aligned.

I propose that the semantics of every legal value be spelled
out explicitly.

In the text quoted below, there are two instances of this issue,
there may be more in the spec.
