CSS3 Ruby comments coming...

I recently saw something that seemed to suggest that the Ruby module was stable [1].  I reviewed the module in 2005 and raised some comments at the time, at least one of which is likely to return the spec to Working Draft. We don't see any formal followup to the points raised in 2005, so I have updated and improved the previous comment set within the current i18n comment process, and discussed with the i18n Core WG.

As a result I will be following this message with 10 formal comments on the CSS3 Ruby Module from the i18n WG.  They will be sent as individual mails to aid in managing comments.
