Chaps,

Just as a heads-up...  I read through the InkML LC spec today looking for i18n issues.  There don't seem to be many, though there is a fairly concentrated clump in section 6.3 Annotations (mostly about language and bidi) that I will start making notes on.

There were also a number of typos and a question about case-sensitivity in unit names that I will send in as personal comments.
