Chaps, I have posted two emails containing editorial comments on the informative sections 1 and 2 to http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-i18n-comments/2006Jul/0000.html and http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-i18n-comments/2006Jul/0001.html I have also begun compiling a review comments table for the normative sections, such as data category definitions, at http://www.w3.org/International/reviews/0606-its/ I will be adding to this over the next couple of days.
