Following on from a discussion I had with Felix and François, I pulled together a set of questions I have about the use of CSS3's ::first-letter in non-Latin scripts, and added them to my blog at http://people.w3.org/rishida/blog/?p=40 I was thinking of sending out a short mail to www-international PAN localization folks Unicore list asking for feedback.
