XML Schema 1.1 datatypes comments

I just submitted in Bugzilla six comments on behalf of the i18n Core WG. 
  With apologies for being a bit late.

There was an additional comment which I didn't file in Bugzilla as it 
won't won't require tracking, but it's still worth mentionning:
