Scenarios for ruby markup

I put together a page that shows my understanding of how you could mark 
up content for various different ruby scenarios using the current HTML5 
and the proposed extension specs.

I also highlighted where one approach is not supported by a particular 
spec, so you can see differences quickly.

I think this will be a useful reference during our WG discussion during 
today's telecon.
